I ordered resveratrol from Biotivia Longevity Bioceuticals. I did a lot of looking around and this company seems very legit. There resveratrol has been validated and certified and they have done an enormous amount of research on the product. It’s organic and they harvest their own materials. Take a look at their website. They have loads of info. If you are going to buy any resveratrol just make sure that it is pharmaceutical grade and the company has published some of their own research about their product.

As far as taking it with other anti-aging stuff…I probably won’t take it with my fish oil supplements anymore but I will continue to take it with my Vit E, C, Selenium, Mag, and Co Q 10 supps.

Resveratrol is Resveratrol. If the company you get it from is honest. Then there is no difference. And not need for spending to much money on it.

Resveratrol doesn’t come in “kinds”. Just different products with resveratrol within it do. Yes, it can be combined with any other health-benefit or anti-aging supplement.
