I was watching Oprah the other day and Dr. Oz was talking about the “Blue Zones” which are places around the world where people live the longest due to their lifestyles. One thing he spoke about was how some wines contain a certain antioxidant called resveratrol, however he didn’t specify which ones. Anybody happen to know anything about this?
