Are there any anti aging essential oils or extracts that are good for skin?

I’ve heard that you can add extracts or essential oils to your face and body lotions. Does anybody know of any that are good for your skin?

Aromatherapy essential oils are very useful in skin care. Aromatherapy massage is a luxurious experience as the scents relax nerves and the massage nourishes our skin. we can use various essential oils such as Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint etc.

you can use a turmeric paste ( used to wash it, dont’ apply it like a paste or your skin will go yellow, temporarily of course) on skin, very well documented in ayuveda, and works very well.

Rose is recommended for mature skin. Carrot seed oil is especially good for dry skin. Lavender or chamomile are good if skin is inflammed or red. Rose hip seed oil is a good source of vitamin C and is used in some of the best natural cosmetics. And of course, vitamin E oil, which is used for healing damaged skin.
If I have sunburn or skin is irritated, I sometimes put a layer of aloe vera gel on, let it dry, then apply my moisturizer on top of it.
